Mixing refractory materials

The refractory materials are automatically weighed, mixed and graded prior to pressing or casting in our highly sophisticated mixing station. The mixing stage is critical to the quality of the refractory part, and a formulated mix design, which uses the optimum mineralogy and particle size distribution is adhered to without change.

The enclosed system is environmentally friendly, keeping particle dispersement levels to a minimum during loading and mixing.
