Stabilised with lime to prevent volume changes, ideal for high temperature applications and for use with platinum group metals. Our lime stabilised zirconia products are specially designed to counteract the glassy or siliceous slags produced when melting platinum alloys.
It has excellent thermal shock properties and displays a superior resistance to spalling and erosion. Maximum service temperature 2000 deg C.
